About
Hollie Savory is a British contemporary artist based in Kent, she works from her barn studio surrounded by the stunning Kent countryside.
Hollie studied fashion design at Kingston University, London and worked as a Designer on the UK high street for over 15 years before reigniting her passion for painting in 2021.
Taking inspiration from her surroundings and inspired by the wide expansive landscapes and skies of Kent and Sussex, Hollie distills and reawakens the forms through her expressive brushstrokes and colour Palette. Hollie's use of colour and how colours interact and work with and against each other is heavily influenced from her fashion background. Unusual combinations and interesting view points are the starting points for many of Hollie's works.
Hollie has exhibited and sold work through Linden Hall studios, Deal and Folkestone Art gallery, Kent. Her work is held in private collections across the UK.
A collection of her work is available at Even Flow, Tunbridge wells, and through Emily Hadley, a Devon based gallery (www.Emilyhadley.co.uk) or directly from Hollie's Studio.
